It is cook week over on Meatless Mondays from A-Z! Every
other week participants can choose to recreate another blogger’s submitted
recipe. When I spotted Lauren from Sweat the Sweet Stuff’s Peach Aioli I knew
it was a must try- garlic and fresh peach? I’m sold.
So, aioli is super simple to make, and seriously takes like five minutes (plus the time to set it in the refrigerator). You can pop over to Lauren’s blog to take a peek at her recipe and ingredients list, but, as always, I thought I would show you my process through pictures!
I made a couple recipe, I changed the white pepper to black (I apparently don't have any white pepper in the apartment- shopping list addition!) and I also used a corse multi-colored salt I picked up in Austria instead of Pink Himalayan salt.
