When it comes to milk I am incredibly particular about taste, about where it comes from, and about what is in it. Generally speaking I err on the side of almond milk or soy milk, but when I read about Fairlife Milk I was incredibly intrigued- especially after I read up on their Grass to Glass way of doing business and how incredibly well they treat their cows!
Fairlife Purely Nutritious Milk is cold filtered, has 50% more protein and calcium and 50% less sugar than regular milk, and is lactose free! Plus, it tastes amazing! And because if I attempted to explain how on earth this is possible I would fail miserably, the video below explains it super simply!
After learning about Fairlife and all of its wonderful benefits we were led through an exciting acrobatic yoga class! We went through partner warm ups and then through a series of ‘flying’ poses. Marisa was my partner, which was super fun, despite our height difference that made stacking our planks a bit interesting!
As the class was winding down I had the chance to work with one of the instructors to work my way into a full bow while flying! I was surprised at the amount of focus it took to achieve the full pose while balancing, but the instructor made it so much easier!

Post yoga class we had the chance to try some amazing Fairlife smoothies with wonderful ingredients like strawberries and avocado (my personal favorite!) that were so packed with natural protein you didn’t need to add in gritty protein powder!
I adored Fairlife’s team, they were a truly amazing group of people, and incredibly generous! We walked out with an amazing goodie bag full of a Magic Bullet Blender, Fairlife Milk, coupons, and a gift card for even more milk and they are extending their generosity to one of you darlings!
Make sure to enter the Rafflecopter below to have a chance to win one of the Magic Bullet Blenders I received! The giveaway ends on April 10, 2014 at midnight and only US residents are eligible to win.
