Hello Darlings!I am not a morning person. I grumble if I have to get out of bed before eight- even with a very cute pup jumping on me to get up! So when it comes to getting ready I really have to follow a routine or I’ll be running out the door (and then back in at least three times to get things I forgot) in a rush, totally scatterbrained. Enter: a natural probiotic.
With the onset of spring (YAY!) I’m making sure I am as healthy as possible- I’m prone to spring sickness because of allergies and now that I am teaching yoga to pre- and postnatal moms and their kiddos I need to keep the sniffles at bay! So my morning routine is chock full of vitamins, antioxidants, detoxing drinks, and a wonderful Insync Probiotic.
Before anything else I pop my Keurig full of a mug of water and let the hot water melt a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, and the juice of half a lemon. This combination of ingredients is a great detox drink that energizes and starts my day (and belly!) off right.
Next comes breakfast. Generally I gravitate towards an egg and spinach omelette, but with the warmer weather I’ve been loving a triple berry, almond milk, spinach smoothie! Just pop a handful of spinach, a cup of frozen berries, and almond milk to fill into your blender- simple and nutritious!
Next come supplements, including the Insync Probiotic! Generally I head to a specialty store or order my supplements online, but I absolutely love that Insync is working to make its products as accessible to the general public as possible- this means that they are available at Walmart! You can find them in the digestive aids aisle- how’s that for convenient?
I swear by probiotics, they keep the flora in you gut populated, which can aid your immune system and keep bloating at bay. Insync is great in that it is full of doctor recommended B. Infantis that is protected by a gradual release formula that makes sure that all of the probiotics make it to your gut!
I also make it a habit to taken a women’s-specific multivitamin, additional vitamin C, and omegas for energy, healthy skin and hair, and those fatty acids are wonderful for brain function (no scatterbrain for me, thanks!) Of course because I am that dog mom Tinkerbelle takes a doggy vitamin of her own as well!
