Hello Darlings!
When it comes to my morning routine I very rarely deviate
from my lemon water and vitamins go-to wake me up. However, when Fiber Choice
reached out and asked me to join in their 30 Day Get Picky Challenge I was
curious. Being mostly veggie fueled, I had always thought that I was getting
enough fiber in my daily diet, but know I have been slacking on the healthy
eating during these summer months.
So I did a little research before I agreed to take on the challenge. I focused on two questions: 1. What kind of
fiber is in Fiber Choice? And 2: How awful will they taste?
I was given a number of Fiber Choice formulas to pick from
for the challenge: Fiber Choice® chewable tablets; Fiber Choice® Fruity Bites;
Fiber Choice® Weight Management; Fiber Choice® Plus Calcium and Fiber Choice®
Plus Antioxidants. I decided to go with the Fruity Bites because apparently I
am still 5 years old and eating gummies as a supplement sounded like fun! I am
so glad I did. I am quite picky when it comes to the texture of food in my
mouth, so much so that I’m not a fan of hummus unless the chickpeas have had
their skins removed prior to blending, so I was not looking forward to the
textural challenge of adding fiber into my diet. The Fruity Bites don’t feel
like what I assumed fiber did (just about the same texture as gummy bears!) and
taste great!
