If you follow Chickadee Says on Facebook or take a peek at the questions I leave at the end of my yoga posts here on the blog, you might have noticed that I love to know what all of you are looking for in terms of yoga. Generally speaking I fashion a “5 Yoga Poses for ________” post in response. However, one of my most requested posts is for poses to shape, lift, and build your yoga booty!
So instead of a single post I thought it would be fun to host a yoga challenge on my Chickadee Says Instagram! For the whole month of October starting the first and ending on Halloween, I will be hosting the 'Build a Yoga BOOty' challenge and will be posting a pose a day that is booty-centric! I am making sure that the challenge is fun for yogis at every level, so everyone from newbies to experts are invited to join!

Here’s how it works:
- Starting the day before I will be posting each day’s pose at 9pm to inspire your pose for the next day.
- After you practice, snap a picture or a video of you on your mat (or your floor, or the dirt, or your desk- I love creative pictures!).
- Upload your picture or video to Instagram using the hashtag #buildayogaBOOty (look at me being all Halloween-y) and tag myself (@ChickadeeSays) and your hosts @Fabletics and @TheSpiralCollective.
- You can post every day for more chances to win!
- Each entry will be assigned a number and winners will be chosen randomly!
- Follow your host (me!) Chickadee Says on Instagram.

- Post your best version of your pose- this is NOT a competition; remember yoga is all about connecting with yourself in both mind and body. Post the pose that makes you happy!
