Like many have said here.......I have never hear of squash blossoms. You may be starting a new trend because we are all going to be out looking for them. They are really beautiful and your filling would be good with just about anything. It sounds so good. Thanks for sharing this with our Get Fit Friday readers. Those are gorgeous! I was so excited this year when i had a garden full of squash blossoms...notice was- the dog ate my entire garden! I am addicted to goat cheese and honey so these are right up my alley! Totally following! I've eaten flowers as a garnish before but never like this. The cherry reduction looks amazing. I'm interested to know what the flowers taste like. I think that they'd taste tart and not sweet.
